MICHIGAN BUILDING CODE

220.001 Adoption of the Michigan Building Code, 2000 Edition.
Sec. 1. The Michigan Building Code, 2000 Edition together with all appendixes thereto is hereby adopted.

220.002 Enforcement Agency.
Sec. 2. Berrien Township is hereby appointed and shall be the enforcement agency of the Michigan Building Code within the jurisdictional boundaries of the Township.

220.003 Fees.
Sec. 3. The Township Board of Trustees shall establish and may change from time to time by resolution the fees to be charged in connection with the Michigan Building Code.

221.001 Adoption of the Michigan Electrical Code, 2000 Edition.
Sec. 1. The Michigan Electrical Code, 2000 Edition together with all appendixes thereto is hereby adopted.
