BERRIEN TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

MAY 18, 2009 MINUTES

Berrien Township Board of Trustees met with the Township Planning Commission for a 2^nd meeting on the updates for the Township Zoning Ordinance on Monday, May 18, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. at the township hall.

Roll call: Supervisor Paul Bixby, Treasurer Paul Sprung, Trustee Julie Burke and Clerk Mary Jane Dean were present.  Trustees Ross Rogien, Harold Bishop and Kevin Klug were absent.

Also present were Building Inspector Jim Hoover, Mike Clark from William & Works.  Planning Commission members were: Dale Sherwood, Ron Harner, Robert Norris, Dave Riedlinger and Doug Shelton.

Supervisor Bixby adjourned the meeting at 9:55 p.m.
